Finance

Books the documents write, a close that is signed.

For a CFO or chief accountant, RomanoECS keeps real double-entry books that the documents write themselves, lays out your VAT return to your country's own form, issues e-invoices under ZATCA, PINT-AE and Fawtara, and closes each period on a signed, versioned close pack. Its reports' figures open to the documents behind them, and its AI reads the books without ever writing in them.

The books

The documents build the books. Nobody types a journal.

Invoices, receipts, supplier bills and stock movements write their own double entry, from the figures frozen on the document itself, never from live state.

Both ways

From the job card

  1. Job card
  2. Invoice and stock movements
  3. Journal entries

Follow a job card through its documents to every entry they posted, on one canvas.

Back from the entry

  1. Journal entry
  2. The document
  3. The customer and the car

Open any entry and it names the document, the customer and the car behind it.

The entry knows where it came from. Every line traces to the document that posted it, and every figure on it was frozen on that document.

The ledger, line by line

One open-item ledger behind the control accounts.
Customers, suppliers and your own companies settle against open items. Ageing and party statements read the same items, and every night they are checked against the general ledger; a difference reaches finance in the morning.
Multi-currency for real.
Quote a customer in one currency and take a supplier's bill in another, with the books in your own. Each balance stays in its own currency, the realised difference posts at settlement, and every document keeps its day's rate.
Tax as data, not code.
Rates, treatments and accounts are set for your country, and every document freezes the rate it was issued under. Reverse charge, zero-rated exports with their proof, and import VAT.
The VAT return, on your country's own form.
Straight from the ledger. Once a return is filed its figures freeze, and nothing new can be booked into its period.
A signed close pack.
The month freezes into a versioned pack, prepared, reviewed and approved by name, with budget against actual and the group statements. A hard close is refused without it.
A group of companies, one system.
Company, branch, warehouse, with each company's documents numbered in its own series. Trading between your own companies creates both sides at once, and the group statements remove the internal margin and the goods still on the road.
Payroll to your country's own law.
Salary structures, monthly runs that post their own entries, social insurance, end-of-service accrued every month as a real liability, and incentives paid through the run. The country is a setting, not a rewrite.

AI

AI where the grind is. It reads your books and never writes in them.

Not a chat window bolted on. The typing nobody wants to do, done at the desk where it happens, and handed to a person to apply.

At the desk

Workshop floor
A technician's free text becomes a parts list.
Stores
A part's description becomes a draft stock item.
Purchasing
Supplier replies become prices to accept, and an assistant answers across purchasing, stock and accounts.
Service desk
An assistant that already knows the job card you're looking at, and customer requests translated between Arabic and English.
Workshop set-up
A pasted labour catalogue becomes operations.
CEO View
The weekly brief: the four answers, what broke from the usual and progress on the goals, in the app and by email.

Ask the system. The service advisor's assistant opens with the job card already loaded, so the question can be about this car.

The discipline

  1. Read-only at the database.

The assistants read and never write, and a described report runs in a read-only transaction. No AI posts an entry, moves stock or changes a price.

  2. It suggests. A person applies.

A parts list, a draft stock item, supplier prices and labour operations arrive as suggestions, and nothing changes until someone accepts them.

  3. Predictions that show their working.

Who is likely to stop coming and what each customer is worth, each score with its factors. A learned model replaces a formula only after beating it on your own past data.

Reports you describe instead of build. Your administrator says what is wanted in plain words, and it arrives on schedule in the app, by email or on WhatsApp.
